RYT 200/RYT 500

As long as she can remember, Kim has immersed herself in sports and various physical activities, including coaching many athletic teams over the years. She received her B.S. in Accounting from the College of St. Catherine in 1991 and was married and started a family shortly after. Kim has a lot of creative energy and teaches many levels of yoga including: Gentle, Level 1, All Levels, Mixed Level, and Tone.

Yoga has helped her find calmness, not only on her mat, but in her daily life, while also maintaining strength and stability. She believes in the connection between mind, body, and spirit and hopes to teach students how to integrate them with the help of mindfulness. Through breath mindfulness, and meditation, yoga has taught her how to surrender to things she can’t control, creating a happier, more balanced life.

Kim graduated in June 2014 with her 230-hour teacher training certification from Yoga Center Minneapolis, followed by the Devanadi 340-hour certification program in 2017. Her certifications also include Chair Yoga and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). She feels truly blessed to have such a fulfilling life as a wife and mother of 3 daughters, and is excited that they have already started their yoga journey. She is very passionate and is grateful to be part of LifeCore Yoga.
