Chrissie’s yoga journey started about 10 years ago by accident and has now grown into a love and regular deep practice. During stresses while going through nursing school Chrissie found yoga to be a centering escape. She grew up dancing, running and snowboarding. After adding yoga to her life and exercise regimen Chrissie found herself changing inside and out in great ways.
She works as a full time Registered Nurse and finds yoga to be a relaxing way to center and take care of herself after such busy days taking care of patients. Chrissie has a true passion for fitness and nutrition and is looking forward to furthering her career in wellness and nutrition. She has completed YogaWorks 200 RYT training and CorePower Sculpt training and has found yoga to be something very rewarding to teach.
