Yoga has helped Angela balance her type A personality with gratitude and an acceptance of being who you are, where you are, right now in this moment in life. Angela weaves in asana fundamentals with pranayama and meditation techniques to help you to safely learn, grow in your practice and appreciate the present. She completed the YogaWorks 200 program under the training of Alexandria Crow and the Devanadi 340 hour program. In her free time Angela loves to read, play outside at the cabin and spend time with family and friends.
